Afghanistan IED

My cousin is in the Army and is currently stationed in Afghanistan. The photos below are of the humvee he was driving after it was hit by an IED. Thankfully he escaped with only a minor concussion and some whip lash. Terrifying.

My boyfriend is leaving Tuesday and will be gone a year. I’m so scared! I dont even know what to think. I’m glad your Cousin was ok.

Its good to see the armor did its job, by blowing off the front end and keeping the crew compartment unharmed, not your granddaddys humvee.
